Born and raised in Brantford, Quinn Bateson-Hotte grew up talking about accounting topics around the family dinner table. Her father was a Millards Partner for many years until his retirement, and so she was introduced to and attracted by accounting and tax concepts at an early age. Enjoying the complexity of working with numbers combined with a genuine care and concern for her clients, she brings a lot of passion to her work.

Driven and dedicated, Quinn started at Millards as a summer student in 2011. She became a CPA in 2015 and a Partner in 2021.

She is married to husband Dan and together they are raising two beautiful daughters.
