Welcome to the Millards Team Member Profile Questionnaire!

This form is only accessible via the private link and is not available publicly on the website. This form is a vehicle to collect information about you so that we can update your existing Millards public profile page or create a new one.

Many of the profile pages on the Millards website were written some time ago and contain outdated information. We will be re-writing and updating all of the Partner profiles as well as adding new Associate Profile and Senior Accountant pages to provide more information for visitors as well as broaden the perceived team strength of the Brantford office. We are also considering a new series of web and social articles spotlighting select team members and this information will also serve as a base for those articles.

Please note that while some fields are mandatory, many are just tools to guide your answers. We would appreciate any information you can provide but our goal is simply to inspire your answers and give you opportunities to communicate your skill-sets, capabilities and character in a way that showcases both your professional and personal strengths.
